sr20det timing
okay guys i searched and came up mix ans. im checking my sr20det for the timing cus i think its off do i line up the yellow chain or the light silver one?

Mine only had 1 dark link in my chain (2nd Gen redtop) but the dots lined up and the cam lobes were facing away from each other.
Just make sure thats happnin. = mech timing in. I still can't figure out my ignition timing but Runs great fully advanced.

okay i try the silver one put that one didnt work and i try the yellow link and it work but back to the same old probly the motor will not stay running with the mafs plug in but when i unplug it it would stay running....i try 2 mafs and still the same problem please help!
