rear brakes problem
Hello, i just changed the brakes on my 96 se. I got the drilled brembos with the hawk hp + pads. The front ones are fine they make hella noise but i guess they are suppose to. THe problem is with the rear ones, it seems like it only grips the top part of the disc because the bottem part of the disc seems like it is brand new. I have changed brakes before and never seemed to have this problem if any one could help that would be good.
Thanks, Oleg |

make sure the caliper slide pins move freely, and that the pads are seated in the pad clips properly. More than likely the pad clips are in wrong.
If you get the pad shims for the front brakes, and some brake anti-squel (blue gooo) you can get them to shutup.

another thing is that on the back caliper i dont know if you would call it a piston but the thing that pushes the brake pads was REALLY had to turn, could that be a problem too?
