fuel pump question

Right now my fuel pump and ECU isn't getting power I'm guessing because of my Eng cont and fuel pump fuse in the fuse box isn't getting power.

Is there a way that I can manually make the fuel pump come on and off using a switch? If so, how? I've tried looking for videos and tutorials and stuff but find nothing so I have come here to ask.

Thanks for any help.

Just fix your main problem with the wiring/fuse. Let the ecu control the pump. Do not screw with that design.

1 wire got burnt and 3 others rubbed on my belt and i fixed all those using butt connectors and they're pretty solid in there but I'm still not getting power to my fuses so i don't know what else could be blocking them from getting power. The fuses are good.
