SR Sr20det problem help

So my sr20det has white smoke coming out the exhaust when I drive it, but not at idle.
I did a compression test
cylinder 1 and 2 150psi
cylinder 3 and 4 140psi
the car runs strong with no hiccups
I did find oil on cylinder 4 spark plug no oil on the electrode side but the side that is in the engine.
There is no oil in my coolant
Anybody else have this happen to them with there sr20det?

Is it white bluish smoke? or White steamy smoke?

If it's bluish it could be your turbo oil seals. If it's white steamy smoke it's coolant getting into the combustion chamber typically. This will only show up in a radiator pressure test but more likely a better test is an actual leak down.

Hope this helps.

Could be blow by... but it seems your compression numbers are okay.

Check the rubber gaskets around your spark plug wells; and ensure your valve cover is torqued at the correct value and peoper order per the FSM- this could be the culprit.

Also verify your PCV valve is functioning properly. It should rattle freely when you shake it. If it doesn't, you can immerse it in gasoline for 15-20min, then repeat until it rattles freely when shaken.
