FL100A fuse and 100A FL fuse from Autozone
Just blew the FL100A fuse on my SR, and picked up this 100A FL fuse http://www.autozone.com/electrical-a...52123_0_45952/ from Autozone. The hole shape is longer (for universal?) and top is different (missing the white plastic pieces on each end of the fuse), but they are the same dimensions. Is this ok to use?

The only thing that really matters is the fuse link, if you can modify the legs or have to trim the plastic, you can make it work, or just buy the proper replacement, it's not like your rocket won't work because of the science.
