Updated Widebody/S15 conversion pics
Wassup guys, I'm more of a lurker on this forum, but I thought I might change that and start a thread showing you all my project in progress.
Currently building a 93 S13 hatch with full (front/rear) S15 conversion. I know conversions are not always appreciated by all, but I thought there may be a few of you out there who might like whats in the works. The metal fenders used for the rear wide-body were cut off from a Porsche 944 and we used the lines on the top of the fender to go with the S15 tails. The new fenders are significantly wider than stock, but are not by any means gaudy and in my opinion flow well with the lines of the car. Anyway, enough of the introduction speech... here are a few progress pics: (sorry for the shitty quality on some of them) Before: New look emerging:

There are a few colors i have in mind... but very difficult to choose. I am going to leave the apillars/roof gloss black though. Thanks for all of the positive feedback!

I think it would look better on a S13 IMO...you can create the lines to flow better than a S14. Also I think the same design team for the S13, created the S15 (not the S14)...so you can see some similarities in terms of dimensions. Good work on the rear fenders I never seen that before and so far nobody in the states (that I know of) has done it right. I vote for pearl white or a silver with some pearl in it. What's the deal with the S14 in the background?

I agree with you SimpleS14... i think the diagonal lines of the S15 and S13 hatch are very similar... i think the profile of the S14 is a lot more horizonal in relation to the S15 and the S13. I think you can mainly find this by looking at the bottom of the rear windows.
Rear quarter panel lines underneath the window are very similar. This is one of the reasons why I'm leaving the apillars and roof black on mine.
