Update: Venue notification
The park was finally decided on (blame Kait, not me!).
Hamilton Street Park LINK Same rules apply as previously stated. Parking is only allowed in the "hard" variety. Small word of warning: this neighborhood is connected with a police station. Any bad decisions as far as driving is concerned will be heard by the cops. For those that are unaware, it takes a decent amount of money to reserve one of these spots in any Sacramento area park. Please, if you guys can spare anything, any donations will go toward this meet and the next. Any extra will go toward food/drink for future meets as well. Donations will be accepted via Paypal or at the meet. I'll give an update on the vinyls, too. The last of the colors were finally recieved at Lab17, so we're just waiting for them to get cut and sent to me. Should be here in plenty of time for the meet. I'll see you guys there! If anybody local needs a ride, let me know and we'll make it happen! Keep your fingers crossed that Kelly's 4-door will be there this time. We're still sweating on it! |

I brought 3 ice chests last time. I'll be doing the same this time. I'll supply at least a bag of charcoal, chests full of ice, a case of waters, and maybe a bag or two of dogs to start us off right.
Someone needs to update the "who brings what" list and man-up to bring the bacon. Bacon wrapped dogs are high on my priority list for the meet. Oh, park rules too: NO ALCOHOL This will be enforced. |

We brought them last time... But nobody knew about it.
WHOOPS!! For sure, I have some kicking around somewheres, I need to clean my room. I'll try to wear something distinguishable, and I'll be the dude selling stickers. They shipped this afternoon, so they'll FO SHO be here, and a few of us will be repping them hardcore like dudebags at a butt rock concert. |

I am going to throttle sean. He is clearly the blame! I was the "im lazy, you do it" girl. so technically it's his fault. but yes. this park is RIGHT across the street from my house. therefore if any of you act like retards I will have people who have known me since i was in diapers being mad at me. So please..... please don't be retarded Other than that donations would be greatly appericated. I heared sean is giving out reach arounds to any guy (or gal) who donates!!!!

Plenty of shade, there are a few BBQ pits under the sweet awning we get to use, and plenty of tables for mingling and the like. Parking is right near the picnic area, and there's enough of it for a good spread. We will probably still dominate the parking lot, so get there early for good parking and sweet picture love making.
Start getting giddy, reach arounds and fame for donators. She'll be driving, no sense in not supporting the cause by wasting gas to get your picture taken with the cool crowd. I'll post some pictures of the stickers when I get them in, for those interested. All proceeds go toward funding more epic adventures for the crew, and you get a cool, limited edition BBQ Crew decal to show how amazingly amazing you truly are! Prices will start at $10 which is a STEAL OF A DEAL for some Lab17-supported, Hella NorCal BBQ Crew vinyl. Again, colors range from "Thunder Black" to "Glacier White," "Snazztastic Red" and "Limitless Pink." There is a short run of these, and several are already spoken for. Get them while I got them! |

I'd prefer not to deal with paypal except for donations for the next meet. The stickers are for the same fund, but were payed for out of my own pocket.
You can donate any amount to help out with funding the meets and paying for reservations (appreciated, it's quite pricey and we want to keep doing this!), or you can pay me cash for a sticker at the meet. Or both. Feel free to hit us with beyond our asking price on the stickers! The price for a sticker is $10, but you can buy one for over $10 if you want, too. For example, if you REALLY wanna help us out, you can give me $15 and receive ONE limited edition HNBC sticker and (for a limited time only) ONE warm, fuzzy feeling in your heart for helping the cause. Or I'll cut you a deal if you buy two or more! ONE STICKER - $10 TWO STICKERS - $18 THREE STICKERS - $25 All profit made from these stickers will be donated immediately to the BBQ funds. This means food/drinks/reservations will be provided for future meets to certain extents. Last thing, guys. The majority of the cost for the reserved spaces is a "how clean are we" deposit. We'll be bringing trash bags, please dispose of everything and then some. A small number of us were left with this task last time, and it'd make everybody's life so much easier if we tried to leave things cleaner than we found them! |

The white sticker will look almost exactly like what you see in white. I'll post pictures of the real deals when I get them in. They should be here probably Monday. Only 20 were made, and this design will not be reused. About 5 are already spoken for, so as a rough estimate, we have about 15 left. I'm already working on designing the second run, so make sure you show how OG you are with the BBQ Crew before it's too late! For those that are wondering, no. The Hella NorCal BBQ Crew is not a "serious club" or anything. We're here to have fun and prove to the world that Northern California can rock the Car Cultures just as hard as the durrty south. We're all in this for the love of the scene, and why not enjoy it together? |

Robtech, which RPM are we talking? The one on 50/Bradshaw? Xerox lives right near there, he might be down to meet up, though he might be showing up early to help set up IF HE'S A GOOD FRIEND! I'll talk to him on Monday if not sooner and see what the dealio be.
