350-400 rwhp mod path?

ok, basically im looking to do a motor build this summer.... my goal- a reliable 350-400 whp.

i've been researching into it and have found on enjuku the peakboost turbo kit which includes top mount manifold, garrett t3/04e turbo, 38mm wg, 3in dp, and dumptube. and the price isnt too bad.

or should i possibly do an upgraded manifold with a GT series turbo ive heard great things about the GT2871)

the car will be tuned on AEM EMS, ive had great success with it in the past and am pretty set on that...

also as far as head package.... i was planning on just doing the GReddy rocker arm stoppers, HKS cam gears, and Brian Crower camshafts.

my question is should this do achieve what i want?
and is there a better way to do so?
and any suggestions would be awsome.

Synapse 3076R setup they have at Phase2 doesnt sound like a bad deal.

That turbo setup, 740cc, z32 maf, aem, usual bolt ons (FMIC, dp, exhaust, fuel pump), HG. Those are basics for me. After that, head work if you dont like the spool, you forgot stiffer valvesprings if you go aggressive cams.

I've got a Precision GT3071R for sale. I need it gone. Precision sells it for $1400+shipping. $1050 shipped and it's yours. It's never been run on anything. It's a .60 A/R Compressor .63 A/R Turbine. 5 bolt outlet, no internal wategate, and it's a T3 footprint. Let me know man.

Get his setup and go top mount. I just slapped my GT3071R on, stayed bottom mount and judging from what my clutch is doing (or refusing to do, wont hold the power) Im close if not over 400ps. OS Gilken 409 Single plate supposedly rated at 400ps.
