So just got done swapping my s13 sr into my s14 and now the interior or windows it brake lights won't turn on also the car loses power after sitting as if the alternator won't charge but I also heard that if the battery light on the dash isn't light up then it won't charge.. So I'm wondering
What all dash and all accessory needs for power and if you have a idea please let me know

The charge warning lamp circuit must be functional for the alternator to charge. If your 7.5 amp 'gauges' fuse is blown or the charge warning bulb is broken, the alternator will remain offline. Check the fuse and the bulb. Double check all your lower harness to fusebox connectors are properly plugged in.

Ok so if your battery light is on thats because the battery is low on juice. However if your battery light comes on while driving thats because your alternator isn't charging the battery. So which condition is it????? Cus that has a lot to do with whats going on. Also the thing about all the lights not working leads me to think that something is all f**ky with your body harness or main light control box thingy (yes thats its technical term deal with it). But first a few questions...

What do you mean it won't start after sitting? Sitting and running or sitting off? Because most vehicles' alternators will not charge the battery at idle that is something that happens under load.

Next, does it die while driving? If yes then you have an issue with your alternator

But if it dies while sitting engine off for long times that is most likely a draw... Have you done a parasitic draw test? How you do this can easily be found on youtube but here's a summary - hook up a DVOM inline in between negative battery post and negative cable (positive wire from DVOM on the cable and negative on the battery with the setting on milliamps), with the key off and out of ignition look to see how many milliamps the DVOM is reading. If the number is more than 10-20 milliamps then you have a draw. Next step is to reconnect the battery and test each individual circuit in the same fasion via the fuse block.

ok so the battery will not charge at all and none of my interior lights like dash, radio, windows, brake lights, dome light nothing like that works which i dont know why so the car will run but whenever the battery dies it will shut off any ideas why nothing in my interior works?

The engine bay fusebox is the only 'common point' for your non-working electronics. Did you connect the large white alternator feed wire to the fusebox? Did you connect the dual Red/White battery feed cables to the fusebox? Is your battery in good condition? A crap battery could be causing these issues.

A multimeter or test light and the Electrical section of the FSM are important tools needed to diagnose electrical problems.

What's an acceptable draw on the s14? All cars have some, but what's the range of good vs too much?

Most vehicles ecu's only draw between 10-20 milliamps so anything more than that would be unacceptable.

I had the same problem, the 75amp alternator fuse blew because my alternator was bad, I just replaced the fuse thinking everything was good when I was really driving around killing my optima battery, so I ended up have to get my alternator rebuilt and my battery replaced in addition to changing the fuse, so if the fuse blew odds are your alternator is bad, only thing puzzling me is when that fuse blows all the problems you are experiencing take place, but as soon as you replace that fuse everything should operate properly, until your battery dies anyway, or the fuse blows again, check that fuse see if it didn't blow again

Alternator may be the culprit had the same problem for awhile.... check fuses, shorts, corrosion on leads or the alternator itself is broken. Had that light come up before when it went bad.
