changing SR20DET belts
I am trying to change the belts on my SR and I don't know where the tension bolts are. I can't seem to find anything anywhere on the net, any tips?

Tensioner for the alternator/water pump is below the alternator - you need to loosen the "holding bolt" facing front/back then loosen the tension on the bigger bolt facing left/right.
Tensioner for P/S is on the bottom of the P/S pump.

Go ahead and loosen the tensioners all the way to take the belts off, no need to make it difficult on yourself. At full loose, you'll still have to pull the slack from the middle and "shimmey" the belt off the pulley.
When reinstalling, the FSM has max-slack specs. I think it's somewhere around 1/2" slack (means if you pull the belt up and push it down as far as you can, the difference is about 1/2") measured on the longest run.

No AC ,no belt.
Tighten till you can barley turn the belt 90* at the longest section.
