Saw the movie a while back, and I still cant get over it. The movie was redone in a different perspective with the introduction of Asuka (and her new plug suit

), Mari, unit 2.0 and Provisional Unit 05. Auska manages to show her affection for shinji, and Rei grows some emotion, not to mention shinji growing a pair himself in the last scene. The plot seems the same but I can honestly see a different ending, hopefully a positive one for the series. Got questions or topics: post them up.
