I have eliminated it down to not being the ECU as well as the car harness. Also replaced the capacitor that people always say. What it does is after connecting the battery it will light up and make a ringing sound such as a high pitched dog whistle for about 10 seconds then dim out. I turn the key off an back on I get nothing. I wait an hour or two an try again it does the same thing. Ive narrowed to down to being the digi harness having a wiring issue, or the actual digital box is messed up.

Anyone have any ideas?
