All s13 radiator's are the same right no matter if its DOHC or SOHC? If so I'd be down to go pick it up today if its in good condition and all that.

not really. auto has the automatic transmission cooler.
also the base mode without a/c does not have the a/c fan to cool off the radiator. as in the mounting point. i believe some of them come with full steel and alum
