have you checked all of the fuses? have you had the starter tested? have you made sure that the relays are working?

If you put a new battery in the car, and you have no lights/radio etc etc, then you have a loose connection, failed main battery cables (corroded or similar) or a blown fuse.

just checked the car out today and bought a new batterie terrminal since one was really bad and also checked my fuses and the alternator fuse was blown so i got a new one of those also put both of them on and still nothing..... then i checked the rear postive ground (batteries relocated) and if seemed fine then i checked the one in the engine bay its a little loose but its always been that way im pretty sure..... ill add a washer to it tomarrow and clean up all the grounds and see if that fixes it but otherwise anyone have any other ideas??

thanks

Also when I try to start the car it won't do anything on its own but if I hook it up with jumper cables and try to start it the starter just clicks and makes a weird buzzing noise....

Sounds like a faulty cable or connection on the battery (still) or on the starter, or to the main fuse panel.

You also need to make sure you have the little signal/trigger wire hooked up to the starter selenoid as well.

A faulty alternator could blow the fuse for sure.

I know this sounds funny, but the main power wire coming off the back of the alternator...it's not touching the alterantor case is it? There should be a plastic spacer behind it to prevent it from arcing out....on some cars people crank that down, crack the plastic, and it will pop fuses all day long.
