s13 having some electrical problems -_-

Hi! I have a 1993 240sx and neither of my blinkers work as well as my reverse lights... I have checked all fuses, all of the wires in the trunk and under the steering column look fine and connected (except rev lamp). My tail lights work as well as my cluster lights, headlights etc.. At the moment my dash is out as wells the cluster surrounding that has the hazard switch and so on so those are disconnected. When I try to use the blinkers there is no noise and no response in general. I looked at the blinker housing and it looked like it may have been a little dirty inside, but it didn't look unreasonable. I've read it could be a relay and a couple other things, but I figured I'd post this because where my "rev. lamp" fuse goes there are no metal contacts to put a fuse in which i found to be odd.. also where my "daytime light" fuse goes, there is only one metal contact, so those two fuse spots are unoccupied.. I'm thinking maybe the blinkers aren't working because they need to run through the "rev lamp" fuse on the way to their destination? I'm not sure, y'all probably know better than me, please help!
