S13 gas pedal

My s13 coupes gas pedal sits really far back in comparison to my brake pedal, makes it pretty much impossible heel toe in

drove my buddies s13 hatch and his was more inline with his brake pedal

someone told me it might be because my coupe was automatic car from the factory but i didnt think there was any difference in an s13 gas pedals

anyone have an idea of whats going on here?

I could be wrong but I think moreso what he meant is that on factory manual cars the brake pedal sits different than the brake pedal in an auto car. Did you cut the auto brake pedal, or did you replace it with a manual brake pedal?

Point is that if whoever manual swapped it cut the brake pedal instead of replacing it with a manual pedal, your brake pedal may be way higher than if it had a oe manual brake pedal, which could be part of the problem
