Hi guys
About a week ago I became a proud(?) owner of a reasonably modded 2000 S14 kouki.
Have a couple of quite newbie questions:

1)There is some weird thing happening to the clutch pedal. When I just bought the car, the pedal was so stiff that my left leg was hurting next couple of days. Now it's halfway very soft and doing nothing (like wiggling) and then it's again stiff. The liquid level is ok. Can it be slave cylinder?

2)When I am already in some gear and pressing accelerator pedal just a little bit, I hear a clunk in the rear end. Is it differential? Driveshaft?

Its JDM with SR20DET which was imported to UK and in 2011 arrived to Cyprus

1) Sometimes there can be air in the clutch fluid, and then also a leaky master or slave cylinder can do that. I've had a slave cylinder leak air through the plunger that made the pedal hard sometimes, soft other times.

2) probably it's a bushing in the driveshaft or differential.
