Hi everyone, my first post here on Zilvia.net.

Anyway, I'm looking to purchase a '91 or '92 240SX, and want to do an S13 front end conversion to it.

I need to know if these are the parts that I will be needing to do this: hood, front bumper, projector head lights, corner lights, fenders.

That is what is needed, am I right?

Also, I hear that these parts will just directly bolt on to the stock brackets, etc. of the 240SX. Is that true?

The reason I'm asking you all this stuff is because I've never owned a foreign car before, my family is made up of Mopar lovers

Also, where is the cheapest place to get a redtop S13 SR20DET engine, from the places that you guys have all seen? I don't want to get a whole front clip, as I'd like to keep the vehicle left-hand-drive. How much do you expect it to cost to have the engine installed (labour)? I ask because I lack the equipment necessary to do the swap.

Thanks a lot for all your replies, I greatly appreciate them

a silvia front end conversion...ya they kick ass

Welcome to Zilvia.net!

You can get both the front end conversion and engine and install, all at http://www.unstable-hybrids.com

Another place that I believe sells both is http://www.boostdynamics.com I know they sell the engine, not 100% on the front end...just e-mail them if its not on their site.

also try http://www.srswap.com
and http://dave_240sx.tripod.com/240sxdaperformance/index.html

Awesome... Unstable-Hybrids has the whole front-end conversion kit for $1000 USD. I've seen it advertised on The Parts Trader for $900, the whole kit, but wonder about the credibilty and quality of the parts.
