SR HELP!!!! :( Ka / sr20 engine builder question?????

So I had an SR built with forged pistons. After installing motor tried to start it up but it wouldn't turn on.I did a compression test and these are the numbers I got?
1 cyl - 90
2 cyl - 0
3 cyl - 0
4 cyl - 30
I checked it with 2 different gauges and got the same numbers??

Any one can tell me why I'm getting 0 compression on 2 different cylinders??
I set to top dead center and timing and everything ok.
HELP????

Thanks

"That's why we get the big bucks!"
Ring orientation, Head gasket, cracked block, bent valves, cracked head, mechanical timing.

Pressurize the cylinders and check to see if the valves are closed. Ran into an issue rebuilding mine where the lifters wasn't allowing my intake valves to seat fully, causing no compression at all.
