S13 coupe no tail lights, blinkers, brake lights , etc

I just purchased my first s13 a week ago. it appears to have a few electrical issues... the tail lights don't work, the speedometer light is out, the Windows don't work, the brake lights are out, the interior lights are out... the digital speedometer is fine and headlights work and that is it. I have unplugged the TCU and the digital Speedo quit working so I imagine it still works. and then I also unplugged the main relay and tested it and it's fine. I'm new to the s13 game so any help would be great. I've checked all fuses!

This isn't S13 specific, but check fuses.
I guess I said check fuses for no reason!
That really means wiring too, bulbs and everything related to a particular circuit.

Windows could be as simple as being unplugged. You're just telling us that stuff doesn't work and when you disconnect stuff something else doesn't work that really isn't troubleshooting.

If you disconnect the battery you headlights won't work so I guess the running lights are fine.

I appreciate the response, however if you actually read my question, you'd see that's I already checked all fuses.
