s14 Sr20de+t idle Problems Please Help!!!

i i have a sr20de s15 engine that i done a turbo conversion in and put into a s14 shell, it starts and everything works but when the engine gets to running temp the idle starts to surge after you rev it, but after awhile it goes back to normal, but sometimes it will drop the revs to low and cut out, then it wont start again unless you turn it over for ages and have your foot flat down, ive checked for vac leaks everywhere and no sign of anything, i clean the iacv out super good and helped a bit but still doesnt stop,

the only thing i can think of is that ive got an off the shelf tune as i have a bigger turbo and maf sensor with bigger injectors but the injectors in the car are a bit bigger than the tune is for so could that be the problem

its got the auto de throttle body?
ive also replaced the temp sensor so cant be that

sorry for long story haha any help WOULD BE GREAT THANKS!
