Yea, when I bought my 240 the shifter came with the car. The thing was the previous owner had cut the threads off of the shifter in order to use a set screw style knob, and have it sit really low.
At the time the shift knob I wanted to use was Honda pitch thread, so I drilled out and tapped the end of the shaft. I then took the appropriate bolt cut the head off and that became the threaded portion of the shifter. Last edited by EvilEgg13; 08-06-2014 at 01:28 PM.. |
