Help: Is this Rod Knock? Video....

I have a KA24De in an S13. I'm worried that my motor is knocking. I'm looking for possible alternatives to my theory (loose exhaust manifold, flywheel, whatever). When driving I only hear the sound with the gas pedal a 1/4 of the down.

i had the same prob, im 95% sure that its your timing chain, the tension is probably loose, you have to fix that a.s.a.p, i didnt, my timing chain skipped a couple teeth and then i bent all my valves, that sounds alot like what my engine sounded like, get a new tensioner or a new motor, i recommend a new motor its alot less work then changing the tensioner
