S14 misfire

Someone please help I have been going at this for weeks!!! I have a misfire in which it ideales rough and makes muffled popping noises when idling as if it's not getting spark or has fuel cuts. It also loses a good amount of top end power and sometimes makes a nasty noise that sounds like it's leaning out hard. I have replaced fuel filter, have a Walbro 255 fuel pump, MAF, distributor with cap and rotor, spark plugs, injectors, air filter, added engine ground, replaced oil, and adjusted idle. I went to get an OBD scan and I got 3 codes: EGR(removed), speed sensor, and some air sensor for this car but when I looked that code up online, nothing popped up. I am led to believe the only things left that may fix the issue are TPS, Bad wiring harness or ECU. Someone please provide further input I would greatly appreciate it.

What about the cables and coilpacks?

Check/clean those out, electrical grease etc.

I can only assume that it's a KA since you didn't specify. It would help if you actually listed the P-codes you received from the OBD scanner. What year is the car?

Just went to Autozone, the codes are p0110 Intake air temp sensor, p0500 speed sensor, P0325 Knock sensor, most likely activated by solid mounts or misfire, p1605 A/T diagnostics communication line( converted to manual), and P1400 EGR(removed)
