So surprisingly the car ran great. It was fast didn't over heat, great oil pressure. All in all the car gave me ZERO problems all day.

The driver on the other hand, that was the another story.

I drove worse than i have ever driven ever lol. I was going slow motion, watching the incar after the fact was hilarious. I missed the brake handle like twice hahaha.

All in All I'm happy, i got the car back together in record time and it didn't give me any headaches. It was a good day.

i bought a boat and am having way more fun with that then i ever did with the car lol. I live in miami think boats and hoes lmfao.

I did however get the new motor back from the machine shop, per the machine shop motor should be good to 8,000 rpm. Maybe in the winter ill slap it together with the heads and cams and drop it in the car.

All in all the car has been sitting in the garage unmoved for the last two months as i have been having to much fun with the boat.

It's the truth... When something goes on a boat, its typically not cheap to fix or the tow bill is outrageous.

well i got twin mercury 225 optimax with only 480 hrs when i bought it. The boat is a 2004 scarab 29ft center console.

So far have 50 hrs on it and the only thing I've done when i bought it was a tune up. These things use iridium plugs which we all know aren't cheap.

Cruises at 4000 rpm 42 mph at 17 gallons per hour for both engines

Ive taken it as far as 5300 rpm running 55.6 mph. Redline on the motors is 5750 rpm. I think the way its propped i should be able to get 57-58 mph at 5500 rpm but 55 is plenty fast on the water for me at least.

The best part is this is something i can enjoy with my wife (she loves it) and while she went to every car event with me, she was doing it for me more than because she liked it.

Plus her hot friends in bikinis help.

Wow man, epic build. My Sr just blew up. So I was thinkin of a swap to do... My buddy has a q45 with 100k and a dead tranny for 1000$. So time will tell if i build somethin great or Im getting in over my head. I've worked on Sr20s but never done somethin like one of these swaps. This build motivated me and showed me What it could be, I'll be pm'ing you in The near future about questions or problems i run into. fuckin epic tho man.

Im new to the drift world but will one day in the next year have my own story to tell. Just gives me more ideas when I read your build. The most important thing is having fun
