100+ R35 GT-Rs at Japanese R35GTRClub National Meet
06-06-2010 07:24 AM
More than 100 R35 GT-Rs gathered at Laguna Gamagori in central Japan for the R35GTRClub National Meet this Sunday. I’m sure it should be one of the biggest Nissan GT-R meets ever held over the world. Not only were fellow members of R35GTRClub there but, demo-cars from Kansai Service, HKS, NISMO, Nordring, TommyKaira, and Hashimoto Corp turned out as well. Enjoy some of the pics taken at the meet. That many GTR's in one place is intense. Only thing that sucks is theirs not alot of body mods you can do to it, and the ones that do exist are hella expensive. most every gtr looks the same in that pic. But I still love them all.

Watch the whole video...
In the first round, I think the driver of the Bugatti was being cautious because the road was wet. He even let off early and the GT-R took off. In the second round, I dunno if he was in boost initially - the GT-R driver appears to have more practice, but in the end, raw HP took over and the bugatti started passing the GT-R - once again, the Bug-Driver let off once he felt the point was made... And the road was still wet. Long story short, I think the Bugatti driver has a lot more to lose if they wrecked, so he was not going to challenge physics with a wet road - he was being 'smarter than the avg racer'
