Notch Top Problems Rich and No turbo

Okay so I just put my S14 WC notch top sr20det in and had it driving but it was fluttering the first two days, even though I have BOV installed, BOV must have not been lined right off the vacuum. I don't believe my wastegate was stopping at its 7psi or whatever is stock I believe from a line put in wrong. I have no boost gauge yet. Day 3 I was getting good boost, still fluttering, but it would get boost cuts and back fire or misfire. As I got on it a tad today to speed up the car started sounding and acting like it was all motor and no turbo. I'm now idling between 2.5-3K RPM and am running very rich. The whole car is filled with fumes. The car has a replaced SR T25 turbo, Z32 maf, Walbro 255, gapped spark plugs to .29-.30. The car is untuned. What's my problem? Was thinking of Hydrolock but unsure.

Put the right maf on. A Sr can't read a z32 maf untuned.
Also change your oil. I bet it's flooded.

You have a lot of issues buddy. As previously stated. Remove z maf, replace stock components, and get a boost gauge and wide band to monitor

Then work on upgrades and a proper tune or ecu

Untuned? You're lucky that the car is trying to save itself and run rich rather than lean.

Get it tuned and a boost gauge, then come back and post your results.
