DC/ VA emissions?

I might be moving down to DC, or just outside in Virginia, and was wondering if anyone can help me with an emissions question.

Coming from Ohio, I have no emissions, so im running my sr20 donwpipe, testpipe, and apexi dual n1 exhaust. basically had everything taken off, cuz i don't need it. So i was wondering what do I need to put back on to pass or what kind of numbers(nox and such) do i need to pass, because i can test it here prior to moving, and get the work done.

Well, DC can be pretty anal about things but I dont think as much as VA. Youll probably need a semi stock exhaust to pass in DC, but you have to watch them cause they will try to fail you for stupid shit. First they said my car was too low, I put the stock springs back on and they still wanted to fail me so I had to get the manager out so he could explain that it was because of my low profile tires. It kinda depends on who looks at it I guess. I know a guy that works there so I can get some stuff to slide usually like tint and such. Dont know if this has been any help to you, but feel free to ask anything else if you want.
