SR Rust vs Bent frame

Hi Guys

I have a dilemma, I have two RPS13 200SX Sr20det cars, however I can only afford to keep one, the problem is one has a substantial amount of rust in the boot area and trunk lid as well as rear left quarter panel, and the other has suspected frame damage (slightly bent in the rear) I suspect the previous owner hit the left rear wheel on something pretty hard and the force move the rear sub-frame slightly to the right. I know this because I recently replaced the sub-frame and the car still looks like it drives a bit skew from the back.

My question to the experts out there is which one is worth saving and which would cost less to repair? whichever we finally decide on will be stripped down to the bare metal repaired and restored to it's former glory...

I hope we can come to a honest conclusion, and appreciate all the reply's and expertise...
