Stock Intake and Turbo Manifold - Power Limitation on S13/S14 SR

I have been doing some searching on whats the most efficient power you can get with the stock SR Intake and Turbo manifold. While I do have an idea already I would appreciate some more input. I currently have a built bottom end S14 Kouki SR20DET and preparing the car to be tuned soon. I'm planning on upgrading my injectors from 550cc to 740cc and Nistune. I like to keep the motor looking OE hence the question but need to know at which HP will the stock manifold becomes restrictive. Thanks!

Specs....

86.5mm CP pistons
Eagle Rods / Bearings
ARP head studs
Greddy Headgasket
Greddy oversized oil pan
Forced Performance 20G TD06SL2
DENSO 550cc Injectors
N62 Z32 Maf

The only real thing that these parts limit are capacity

The turbo manifold simply limits the choices you can bolt up to it and aslo the options but it doesnt by itself limit your HP possibilities.

The Intake Manifold is actually a beneficial part. Keeping the stock IM will actually insure that your turbo spools up VERY FAST and that your throttle response is excellent.

I suggest keeping both stock, they are bost highly capable up to 500 whp levels.

I would suggest however, upgrading your Throttle Body with a NA JDM SR one which is larger in diam

Agreed, the key is to make EFFICENT horsepower with a good powerband. The stock intake manifold will do great at this, efficent low end tq, and good quick spool. The exhaust manifold is also great at this, however you are limited to the size of turbo you can put on. Stay stock, it looks less flashy and is more efficent.
