S13 combusts, but won't start

Hey guys, got a 92 240 with a KA24DE. When I got the car, it started up fine, but it idled rough and wouldn't rev past 2k.

I replaced the fuel lines and gave it a fuel filter from a 300zx and it ran beautifully and revved with no problems. The next day, it was back to runnig like shit.

I replaced the cap and rotor and that did nothing. I then replaced the injectors, and now the car will not turn over. I can hear the engine firing, but it won't start.

I'd like to say it was the injectors that fucked it up, but they are all wet when i check and they are definitely getting fuel into the system since the engine is combusting inside. I have no idea why the car is being random, and my mechanic friend has no idea either. Any help is appreciated.

Not reving past 2k is a symptom of a bad MAF sensor. Have you checked the ECU for codes?

Yeah, that's probably what I need to check over. I just don't know really where to start with that kind of thing.

No, I haven't checked codes or anything. It just decided to stop running all together so now I have to figure that part out haha. Once I can get it to start I'll have to check out if it has any MAF related errors. That seems to be what everyone's problem with idling is.

You check the codes with the engine not running.
