Upgrade Time... SR Buildup?

Okay so here it goes... I've just came into possesion of a redtop sr, bought from somebody I knew, pretty good condition. Its got t25 still on it, basic bolt ons, megan mani, megan elbow, ect, didn't come with downpipe.

Basically, I'm going to upgrade to a gt2871r .64 ar, thought about full race t/s but decided against it due to the lack of a/c (which may or may not be put on but w/e )

To complement the turbo I've pretty much decided on...
Gt2871r Extrude honed
Tomei manifold (swain coated)
Circuit sports Elbow & Downpipe
Tomei 256/256 Poncams, some sort of spring/retainer combo.. brand not decided
Greddy Intake Manifold (Upgrade from my knock off, boo fake shiz)
Greddy V-SPL (Maybe HKS one, still debating)
Pipingpro Gt2871r intake
Z32 Maf
Tial BOV
Enthalpy Rom Tune
(Maybe a DEI CO2 Intercooler kit, not sure)

I'm going to do basic gasket replacement, waterpump, nismo thermostat, ect. Now, my question is to build or not to build... I want stock bore for sure. I just want a extremely reliable set up for 350-400 whp. Also, about manifold cracking, tomei + CS downpipe elbow combo should be ok? I've debated this against the use of a dp like megan with the flex. Not sure what to do about it.

I know its a book, but be expecting a full project thread, including all this + seam welding (I guess stiching) the entire car, and such.

Thanks for the time.

So what do you have now? Dont forget you will need to upgrade the stock fuel pump and bigger injectors (740s). Then slap some Apex'i HG i there. Personally, i'd save as much money I could and go Power FC on all that shizz. You want reliability, a properly tuned Power FC will give you all that...

sounds like we have the same idea in terms of power. So far i have a power fc L-jet, hks step 1 cams 10.5mm lift 256 dur., z32 maf, stock in/ex manifolds/dump pipe, and going to get a gt2871 .64. deatsch 740's.i dont think you need the tomei manifold and greddy intake. that's over kill for what you're going for unless you want the bling bling. that's about a 1000 dollar cut and you will still be able to get the power you want. that's my $.02

I've definetely thought about Power FC, due to a first ROM tune being 500, and I can just get Power FC for what... a grand? I've got HKS 555c injectors at the moment, I guess I'll just sell those and opt for the 740s. I'm pretty set on the tomei, debating on the greddy intake or not. I don't have the stock exhaust manifold so I'm stuck with the megan that loves to crack.

I have the walbro pump already set up in the car, and yes I did plan on a HG upgrade.

I'm just trying to figure out the kinks of all this, I'm ordering the first wave of parts this week.

But there shouldn't be an issue with the manifold and downpipe.... manifold cracking right?

And to build or not to build? As I said in first post, don't want to go bigger than stock bore. So let me know what you guys think. S15 pistons are stronger correct?

Thanks
