How do you slightly roll a fender?

As for wheel fitment, you'll have to roll the fenders and depending on camber and tire choice, you might have to pull the fenders. I know I'd pull them slghtly to get my camber the way I like. Personally, I think that size is perfect for s13 rear.

I'm running a 9J +17. With a 215/45/17 and -2.3 degrees of camber, I only had to roll the fenders. I'm going to be running a 235/40/17 in the next week. I already pulled the fenders for my other wheels (16x7.5 +15 with a 225/50/16) so I'm thinking I'll clear the 235/40/17. If I don't clear, I'll pull out the baseball bat again and pull them enough to clear.

10J +25 extends 5mm past what I have so you can start by running a really stretched tire if you are afraid of a large pull or you can add more camber. Personally, I'd just pull them to accomodate the alignment settings you like.
