One inconsistency is that the scheduled date has changed since that thread was made, it is now the 25th and 26th, according to the website:

I have spoken with a few other members about stated interest, and I am pretty sure I will be there for at least one of the days.
Anyone else interested? Let's make a Zilvia meet of this, guys!
