I Need Help!!!
I have a 1990 240SX Ka24de Turbo. I have run into a problem with my intercooler and my fan.... The fan will no longer fit inside the vehicle, and when it is it is in frictional contact with my intercooler. My front bumper is as open as I can have it (without taking it off). My question is do I need the fan and how do I make it function without taking out any of my wiring, or hoses? I tried a universal fan but the smallest they had was 18in. and it is too big. Where can I find a smaller fan that isn't thicker than 2.5in? Is it even possible?

Unless your running push e-fans, I can't see how they would hit you intercooler.
If you are, try getting pull fans and mount them behind the radiator. But get some pictures, so we understand what you mean. |
