Cusco suspension question

Ok guys I bought a 1997 240. The car came with cusco suspension. The guy I bought the car from said the suspension was height and damping adjustable. I see a knob on the rear, but nothing on the fronts. Can someone help? Also the suspension is very stiff no give what so ever in the fronts. The helper springs are completely calapsed. I have pictures, but cannot figure out how to post them.

CUSCO "How to choose a coilover kit" - YouTube

Depending on what kit it is, the explanation could be in there.
Here is there products catalog if you need help determining which ones they are:

Thanks for that information, very helpful. what i found is that my springs have three green dots on them. I called cusco USA and talk to someone there. He said the green dots represents the spring rate, so my springs is 7K in front. Now in the 2011 cusco catalogue they say 7K is for S13 and 8K is for S14. Is the S13 and S14 suspension interchangable? and is 7K too soft and is that why my suspesion feels so stiff. Could the shock be bottoming out or hitting the bump stop.

helper springs arent supposed to support the full weight of the car. they are only like a 1-2k spring. check the bottom of the front coilovers for the adjustment knob if they arent on the top.
