OEM Sideskirt mounting
I got a set of used OEM sideskirts from someone for an S13.
If anyone has installed these whats the best way to mount them, since mine didn't come with any hardware. :hammer:

i have a oem sideskirt on s13,
let's see if i can recall (don't blame me if it's wrong, been a while.. ) buy double adhesive tape from home depot, or other double sided tape that peeps use to mount body kits and line up where it's going to contact the body - pretty self explanatory/easy as far as the front and rear screws go, it goes into the mudguard holes are (i had mudguards, so it's easy), but you kinda had to fab your own mounting, pretty easy, go to home depot for any parts you need, pretty much some metal tabs/washers/screws, the tabs i used are kinda like the ones you hang pictures on, but the heavy duty type, so it would be on that aisle in home depot not sure if that helped... summary = pretty easy, parts you need will be in home depot |

From my experience the skirts mount to the car:
front: uses the stock fender liner screws to hold on top: double side tape for the top edges, there are brackets that attach under the door sills, probably can substitute with double sided tape. back: OEM has special brackets and screws that go into it to mount to the back edge of the fender bottom: a bunch of little clamp things that attach it to the ridge underneath the car

if those dont work, you can always just do this
drill front through sideskirt and fender, about 1" from the top. then drill again about 2-3" down from there insert self tapping screw in both holes w/ said drill do the same for the rear and then do it again maybe 2 times on the door sill done

Yeah so I'm debating whether to drill 4 holes into the door sill to mount it. Is that necessary?
I think I have most of the pieces I need but I still have no clue how to mount the rear of the sideskirt to the car since its like 4 inches away from the wheel well.

just use double side for the sills... and 4 in. away? in any case, use double side and don't drill any holes.
