Last night between 1-6AM my buddies 20" staggered Vossen VVSCV5 (higher offset) +20 range wheels were stolen and the car left on cinder blocks. Car had wheel locks and alarm didn't go off. This occurred in the Union County NJ area. Wheels are most likely in North jersey somwhere. My buddy has some LEO friends and the crime unit was called in. Posting this as i live literally 4 houses down
