BC stage 3 cams tuning

Hello fellow Zilvians!

I've got a fully built sr20 engine with stage 3 cams from Brian Crower(272/272). I'd like to have some advice on how to tune them, overlap and everything.

For now I'm at 2 degree BTDC on the Intake and 6 ATDC on the exhaust. But when I turn my engine by hands, I can hear some of the compression going in the exhaust(which in fact is very low(120 PSI on all 4, not even 1 psi difference on each)) I drove the car for about 500 miles since I've built it.

Here's the tag that came with the cams. And oh yeah, i've got the valve springs!

So if anybody has got any experience with those cams, it would be appreciated if they can share with me!

Thanks a lot for your help

Frank

i have a similar valve train with 272/272 and my compression test was around 115-120. Leakdown was less than 3% on all cylinders. On another topic, someone mention high lift/high duration cams could lead to showing lower compression.
