@eL brand: The lowering numbers are from the KW website. If you look at the pictures in the google photos those are the heights that the coilovers come in straight from KW. They shorten the shock bodies compared to stock quite significantly so the lower that you get is pretty good.

These will probably be the best riding, competition capable coilovers you can buy for the money.

Just a quick note, are you sure it's high speed damping that is adjustable? That is usually reserved for 3-way to 4-way remote reservoir monotube dampers. It's usually low speed damping that is adjustable.
