sohc or dohc rebuilt? 90 hatch

hey im up in bay area in norcal and i have a 90 hatch, anyway its my daily driver and imma be driving alot more with this new job, anyway i want to get the engine rebuilt for added stability, but two things, where can i get a engine rebuilt for a decent price? and which engine is more stabile and reliable? i know you can get both fairly cheap but i want a nice car to show off to clients

Stick with the Ka24e and any local machine shop can build your motor. Just get a few price quotes.
