s14 sagging doors
Hi Everyone
Been looking for a while about s14 sagging doors and found a lot of info about the s13 door hinges but not much about the s14. Just wanted to know if there is a pin and bushing kit or do i need to grab new hinges. Thanks i also checked mounting location under fenders and it is not rotten. Thanks |

Replacement hinges are easy to install but you might just loosen the hinges first behind the fender, lift the door a little, and retighten. The doors sag from people using it as a 'crutch' to get in and out, my driver door sagged a little and just a little tweaking by putting a floor jack under it with the hinges loosened was all it needed.

$150 that is really reasonable. I am gonna try to give the doors a lifting on the weekend and if this does not work just gonna order four new ones. Would be nice if it just needed a readjustment.

Hit the junkyard up and get those hinges and done...you won't be spending a ridiculous amount there, grease them/or WD-40 and you'll be straight....

Adjust the door. If that doesn't help, buy NEW hinges. Also, WD40 is not good to use on hinges, use lithium grease.
