best way to mount clutch master cylinder on 5 speed swap?

I'm doing a 5 speed swap to my 98 se this weekend. I was wondering if anyone who has done this swap remembers how they got the holes made for mounting the clutch master cylinder. Thanks!

Took the dash and the dash bar out because I didn't have a 90degree drill.

and I used a circular cutting tool.

Hole saw from engine bay side. Maybe removed Brake Booster dont remember. Easy as 1 2 3. Theres a writeup on Nico but not gonna link to it, against the rules.
