How would One run ITB (individual throttle bodies) on a ka? with the maf sensor having to do with how the motor runs. Is it even possible?

Pretty much you are not going to run a MAFS as you will be running some after market engine management system running a MAPS.

Xcessive makes a manifold that utilizes gsxr itbs. A lot of guys just hack the stock upper manifold and couple them on as well. Either way, if you google search as mentioned above, there aren't any real power gains to be had with this type of setup. Maybe throttle response
