ne one need a car stored??????so cal
hi everyone... I am about to take a lease on a warehouse in upland ca. its off the 10 fwy and central. its a 1650sq ft brick warehouse with rolling garage door and nice size office.. right now its mainly going to be storage for some of my cars and a place where i can work on them but soon i hope to start working there full time as my business.
im looking for someone who may need to store a car/trailer etc there. 250-300 seems to be the going rate for car/rv sized storage spaces. i was thinking $200 a month per car sounds fair. Im just looking for a few ways to cheapen out the monthly bills until the shop becomes self managable. the space renter would have 24hr access to the site at a camera secured building. I will have renters insurance for the building as well. no one will touch the car unless I personally need to move it outside for room to work on a particular day. other then that it will not be touched or looked at. I will be storing 2 of my personal cars there at all times. Both cars have quite a bit of money invested in them so you can guarantee that i wont let anyone get inside the building if theyre not supposed to. Please PM me if anyone is interested. thanks.
