s14 Rear lower control arms for my 98 s14

So I recently bent my rear lower control arms and I'm looking to find new ones to install and had a couple questions on quality brands, what to look for, whether I should replace the front as well, and just general recommendations on what to do. Thanks in advance!

If you bent the lower control arms, chances are you bent the subframe as well.

Had it checked out, doesn't seem to be bent but I'm definitely worried about it.

When I wacked a curb and bent my RLCA I replaced it with a new one and the wheel was still in the well too far compared to the other side. I got adjustable RLCA's to compensate, but I'm planning on getting a new subframe eventually.
