I have an S13 with a KA24DE. Recently my battery died and had to jump the car. I used a jump box to try and start the car, and after hooking up the jump box, the s-afc didn't turn on. If I jumper the wire to a 12V source, it won't turn off. I checked the ECU relay and it still works properly. Before jumping the car with the jump box, everything worked just fine.

Double check where you have the SAFC wired up to, the wire you got it for the switched 12v might have gotten fried for some reason. Hopefully thats just your problem...I'd do that and double check all your fuse just in case.
