Getting Horn To Work with aftermarket steering wheel on S14

Now before I start, I have seen this website.
240SX Steering Wheel Swap

But I dont quite get it ..it doesnt really show you how to get the horn to work clearly.
I can make that contact strip and solder a wire to it but where does the other end of the wire go? Can someone show me a picture where to Tap/splice the wire into? Or is there any other way to wire the horn? I have an NRG Short hub+NRG 2.5 Quick Release and a Nardi deep corn steering wheel.

THANKS in advance!

EDIT:

Got my horn to work by doing it this way.

I too will be doing this in the near future. I'm currently gathering the parts.
Before you attempt to do that contact strip, I've heard the NRG NOW comes with a horn kit. Is that not the case?
Does it have a manual?
I've heard it needs that metal contact plate.
If you search, some people have left it out by accident, then corrected the problem by inserting the plate.
If you post pictures or email me(PM me) Im sure I can help you figure it out.
Are you relocating the cruise control buttons too?

That site is very clear on the procedure, if you can't follow it, you're doing something wrong.

But for the confused/lazy people, it's just as easy to mount a small push button on the column cover, behind the wheel.
