HELP, S15 wont start, not getting a Spark.

I Have a s15 spec-r, It was parked up in dry storage for the last year, last week i charged the battery and it started with the the first turn . It Started 2 more times within 5 minuites and now it wont,
its getting fuel. i pulled a sparkplug, earthed it off the block to test it, it wouldn't spark the first few times i tried, and then suddenly it sparked and the car started. (with only 3 spark plugs in). i put the spark plug back in and it wouldn't start again. i pulled the plugs again to test but now they wont spark at all.
I ran a diagnostic and it returned a 55 code (no fault codes present) i found this strange so i unpluged the CAS Turned the car over and ran diagnostic again and still it flashed a code of 55.... surly with the CAS unplugged the ecu would return a fault code for it?? I checked every fuse and relay to see if any where blown and they are all ok, Help i want to get it on the road for the summer

iv narrowed it to 3 things bad Earth, bad CAS, or the ECU is Dhust!
Its a s15 so all the Ignitors are built into each coilpack.

there is a earth for the Coilpacks bolted onto the rear of the engine, i was going to unbolt it and clean the earth but in doing so the wire broke off at the bolt, i rejoined the wire to a peice of cable and joined it to the earth on the intake manifold, would this cause any issues?

im getting a multimetere tomorrow and im going to check to see if the coil packs are getting a 12v signal, i know the wire to check but how can i check to see if its sufficiently earthed? and how can i test the ECU to see if its operating properly? because returning a Fault code of 55 doesn't sound right. how can i test the CAS?

Basically what would stop the fuses sparking on startup as when its running its running fine.

Problem

Hey buddy there is a ground wire that bolts on the back of the head close to the exhaust manifold that controls the ground to the cool packs nissan makes there kinda shitty the break and as the engine rocks it cuts the ignition find the son of a bitch and make sure he in intact

^ thats the Earth that i broke trying to clean and relocated to the inlet manifold, would securing this earth to the intake manifold Ground make any difference to the start up? i dont see how it would but thought i best ask.

as for ignitor i mentioned on s15's the ignitor is built into each coilpack, and they all wouldnt go at once, would they?

You should have 12v, 5v, and ground on that plug. Last time I had a car that was putting out ~.2-.3v at the CAS and MAF plug , it eventually died when it got hot and would no longer start. Had to change the ECU.

I earthed the multimeter off the negative terminal on the battery would that have any impact on results??

to make sure i had the right settings on the multimeter, i put it across both terminals of the battery and it it returned 12v so i have the right setting on the multimeter?
