shaking problem

ok i just got an alignment done on my 96 s14 front and rear , and the fronts fine and the rear feels fine .only problem is when i jack up the car the toe rods not tight but once i put it down its like rock solid. what should i do ? should i tighten the rod to the point that there is no wheel shake?

Are your tie rods new? Steering rack bushings in good shape? How about any of the bushing like your flca's etc?
